The workflows are intricate, the data is fragmented, the stakes are high, and the pace of change is relentless. I know this because our team has spent decades inside it, building the tools that studios, broadcasters, streamers, and distributors actually rely on to get content made, managed, and delivered.
That's what Fabric is. Not a generic software company that serves media as one of many verticals, but a team entirely focused on solving the data and operational challenges specific to this industry.
Our platform brings together two product families built for different but deeply connected problems. Origin addresses the metadata layer — governing, enriching, and activating content data across a unified media supply chain. Xytech addresses the operational layer — scheduling resources, managing production workflows, and coordinating delivery across the facilities and media organizations that keep the industry running. Together, they give media companies something that has been genuinely difficult to find: a unified platform where metadata management and media operations are connected, not siloed.
What I find most significant about where we are today is that every product in the Fabric portfolio is now operable by autonomous agents, not as a separate AI feature, but through the same governed interfaces our customers already use. MCP servers with OAuth-governed access span Xytech, Origin Studio, and Origin Insights. Enterprises can delegate precise operational authority to agents, with the same RBAC, audit trails, and ISO/IEC 27001-certified security that govern human access. The media supply chain is increasingly software-operated. We built Fabric to be the platform it operates best.

Origin Insights transforms that data into real-time market intelligence for content strategy, distribution, and competitive positioning, queryable by autonomous agents via an OAuth-based MCP server covering 1.5B+ data points.

Xytech is the media operations platform built on over 30 years of industry expertise. Xytech Operations powers resource and production scheduling for broadcasters, studios, and live events. Xytech Media handles media lifecycle management and workflow automation across post-production and media service environments. Xytech Transmission coordinates contribution resource scheduling and broadcast delivery for transmission-critical operations. All three are agent-operable via the X2 MCP server with OAuth tool-level access.
