Kira Baca is the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer of Fabric, a media supply chain and metadata management technology company. She brings over 25 years of experience in the media and entertainment technology and services sector, with a focus on revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
Baca has held leadership roles at Technicolor Creative Services, SDI Media (now Iyuno), Sony New Media Solutions, and Rightsline, where she played a key role in scaling the company from startup to global enterprise. She joined Fabric's Board of Directors in August 2023, working closely with CEO Rob Delf during a period of rapid growth. In September 2024, following Fabric's acquisition by Banneker Partners and merger with Xytech Systems, she transitioned to Chief Revenue Officer. In September 2025, she was elevated to Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, reflecting an expanded mandate across both strategic direction and company growth.

Throughout her career, Baca has led global client relationships, managed international mergers, and secured technology deals for major entertainment companies.
