IBC has always been a place where the media industry reconnects, sparks new ideas together, and looks ahead to what’s next. This year, it marked a new chapter for us: our first IBC as Fabric Insights. Coming together in Amsterdam just after announcing the merger gave us an opportunity to share what this combination means for the people and businesses bringing content to audiences around the world. It’s about much more than bringing two companies together. It’s about connecting the expertise, technology, and relationships that help our industry move forward.
For those I haven’t yet met, I’m Hannah Barnhardt, Chief Marketing and Engagement Officer. I co-founded TMT Insights in 2020 and served as its Chief Operating Officer, leading global operations, strategic partnerships, and alignment across our technology, product, and go-to-market efforts. Before that, I held leadership roles at Deluxe and Sony spanning marketing, business development, and product strategy. Working across those disciplines has shaped how I approach this industry: understanding the business goal, connecting the right people and capabilities, and making sure the technology supports the work that needs to get done.
That perspective carries into my new role. Marketing and engagement should create a meaningful connection between what we promise as a company and what clients experience, while making space for our employees, partners, and wider community to shape what comes next.
Looking back at IBC, the significance of this first show together goes beyond introducing a new name. Before the merger, shared clients had independently selected Fabric Data and TMT Insights to support different parts of their businesses. Bringing those capabilities together allows us to connect more of their operations, combining authoritative data, purpose-built software, intelligent automation, and transformation expertise to improve operations, optimize value, and accelerate growth.
This is why intelligent orchestration sits at the heart of Fabric Insights. It brings our combined strengths into a shared approach: connecting people, processes, technology, data, and intelligence to help clients achieve their business goals. It also creates a foundation for practical AI, supported by agent-ready APIs and clear governance, that can evolve alongside their operations.
To hear more, watch the recorded conversation between our CEO, Rob Delf, and President, Andy Shenkler, linked in this newsletter. They discuss the vision behind the merger, why this combination matters, and how we can deliver greater value together.
As we move beyond IBC, my priority is to keep that connection strong: listening closely, communicating clearly, and ensuring our story reflects the value we deliver. I look forward to building this next chapter together.
