Capturing Our Industry Journey
Highlights on the Road
Participating in the 35th edition of Jornadas Internacionales ATVC 2025 in Buenos Aires was a truly enriching experience. This event is one of the most influential forums in Latin America for the media and telecommunications industry, and being part of it allowed me to contribute to an essential conversation for our ecosystem.
I had the honor of joining the Anti-Piracy Seminar as a panelist in “Piracy: a Borderless Business,” together with outstanding industry leaders: Alejandro Amendolara (CABASE), Pablo García de Castro (ASIET), Carlos Martins (Randy Labs), and Ignacio Estrada (LACNIC).
During the panel, I shared insights on the evolution of illegal content consumption in the region, the economic and reputational impact of audiovisual piracy, and the role of data and analytics in designing more effective, proactive prevention strategies. We emphasized the need for collaboration between content owners, ISPs, regulators, and technology providers to address piracy as a cross-border business that constantly evolves.
Throughout the event, I was interviewed by Señal News, Prensario, and PRODU, where I discussed how data-driven intelligence empowers decision-making and strengthens the industry’s ability to anticipate risks rather than just react to them.
It was also a great opportunity to connect with clients, partners, and media representatives alongside Fabric’s Marketing and Sales team. Together, we reinforced our mission: using data to shape the future of entertainment.
Thank you to ATVC for the invitation and for fostering collaboration.
Looking forward to the next edition! 🚀
